In House of Skills since 2005. He is manages one of the business units that delivers consulting and training projects for our customers.
His main inspiration and incentive to act is his family, that teaches him love and responsibility for the other person, and helps him to expand the limits of patience and forbearance. So most of his free time he spends with them. His is interested in the Polish Basketball League and he also plays basketball. Sport provides him energy and competition, and is good source of many observations and considerations about building and managing teams. He loves sailing, swimming and winter skiing. Good food is another thing which he likes most and the time when he sit with his family and friends together at the table with a glass of good wine. He also cooks quite well.
