Joseph is originally from Canada and has been living in Poland now for over 24 years. Joseph was 1 of the first 3 employees hired by Price Waterhouse when the firm entered the Polish market in 1990. He left the firm as a Director in 1998 by which time PW had grown to 500 staff. He is one of the co-founders of Knight Frank in Poland and is responsbile for the overall business performance of the firm. Joseph has overseen the growth of the firm from about 20 to over 100 professionals and the roll-out of regional offices. He has closed substantial office leasing, investment, land development, restructuring and finance raising transactions during his property career in Poland.
