Kevin Kent

Head of European Service Centres, HSBC

Kevin is the Head of European Service Centres for HSBC Service Delivery which is part of HSBC Technology and Services. Before he joined the European team he was the Director of Insurance Operations for HSBC North America. In the past he held senior operating role in MBNA and was key in launching their global offshoring initiative. Kevin is now in charge of 2 centres, one in Krakow and one in Ostrava, which in total employ close to 800 FTEs.
