Paul is one of the Shared Service Centre leaders working in the PwC CEE Group. Paul has expertise in a wide range of Shared Service Centre project phases, and has been involved in SSC implementation across Europe, USA and Asia. He also has detailed experience in ERP system and tool implementation during transition and advises on BPO strategy. Paul has experience both as an adviser and in operations, having previously worked for one of the big BPO providers.
