Over the last 10 years Tim has been at the fore front of the development of new technologies to the commercial finance and credit management market. In 2004 Tim was approached by a technology company to drive the sales and marketing effort for a product that transformed the UK Commercial Finance Market. His experience of these technologies enabled him to become a sought after public speaker across the globe on sales and marketing of new technologies.
Now working for Moreton Smith Tim is responsible for the sales of the ero57 technology and receivables management services to global corporate and shared service centre clients. This process which had been called Human Centred Collection (HCC) lies at the heart of MoretonSmith’s approach to receivables management, and acts as the foundation for all collection strategy optimization.
Through implementation of these technologies within the receivables process, customer payment and interaction behaviour is analysed continuously to provide clients with an unprecedented performance and forecasting decision-support system which improves efficiencies by 30%. Information is then delivered in real time to the user via smart phone and tablet applications by exception negating the requirement for time consuming spreadsheets and management reports.
